Having wrinkley eyelids is one of my fears in life. This is because I once put makeup on a woman who wasn't that old but had treated her skin horribly throughout her life, and saw up close and personal that her eyelids looked like elbow skin. (Please, feel free to take a moment and find a mirror to examine your own elbow skin. The internet images I spent 3 seconds looking for weren't blog worthy so I gave up.)
Being the savvy young woman that I am, and having attended more than one Mary Kay party, I know that the secret to not having wrinkley eyelids is to moisturize. I am totally on board with the moisturizing thing. I wear moisturizer with SPF every day. But the problem is that every eye cream I've ever tried totally burns my skin. There is no way that this is a good thing.
So my question to you, dear readers, is what kind of eye cream do you recommend? And remember, your response will prevent you from having to look at wrinkley eyelids on my face in the future.
Note from me: I realize that having my eyelids become wrinkley is inevitable, but I'd like to prevent it for as long as possible. I'm not expecting miracle cream here people, just something so that my eyelids won't be dry anymore.
I have pretty sensitive skin also, but I don't use a special eye cream--I just use the same stuff I put on my face on my eyes, too.

My eyelid problem (& is this much different from wrinkles?)= major sag. This is hereditary--my G'ma had to have surgery to tighten the skin there b/c it was blocking her vision & my dad's almost at the surgery point, too. My right eye lid is much worse than my left, and any eye makeup I put on that eye gets rubbed off in a couple hours. At least my eyes don't look like elbows?
