I witnessed the reality

My aunt Denise has done daycare for over 20 years (even though she's only 35, amazing right?!).  And over this course of time she has consistently said that she can tell what the weather is going to be like by how the kids behaved.  I never didn't believe her, but I never really fully grasped the reality of this phenomenon until this week.

The kids were crazy.

All of them!  Junior high, high school, girls, boys, it didn't matter.  They were off the walls.  Talking out of turn, fighting over wheely chairs, talking back, complaining about everything, tattling like they were getting paid to be a narc or something.  It was nuts!

And then, when it finally stormed on Wednesday and snowed today I realized what was going on.  Denise had been right all along.  These kids were crazy because of the weather!  It kind of freaks me out that they're maybe not entirely human, but I kind of suspected that already anyways so it's not that big of a deal.
