That's not my name

I recently got a Korean credit card and when it came in the mail to school this is who it was addressed to.

That says 'Waygookin' which means foreigner.  Yep.  They just addressed my mail to me as 'Foreigner'.  Not the greatest customer service move but a bit hilarious nonetheless.

  1. Taleen! Your blog is so entertaining, I am a huge fan. I don't know if any of my comments have gone through, but I want you to know I love it! Keep eating weird foods and being confused by your coworkers!

    1. Thanks Reyna! This is the first comment I've seen but I'm happy to hear from you! More weird food stories to come.

  2. How did the school know which foreigner it belonged to? Are you the only one?

    1. I am the only one. I'm actually the first foreigner to ever work at the school full time so anything in English is given to me. And there are actually only 10 foreigners in the entire town so it's usually not too hard to figure out who foreign things belong to.
