So I guess it's not normal to eat that

Remember when I ate the fish eye?  Ugh, that was terrible.  I still kind of can't believe I did that.  Well I told one of my co-teachers that I ate the fish eye and he looked at me with confusion.  Then he said, "Why did you do that?"  I told him the exact story that I told all of you and he told me that it's not normal to eat the fish eye.  In fact, he said it's a bit strange and he thinks the other teachers were playing a joke on me.

I was shocked and couldn't believe what I was hearing!  He then told me that when he was a kid he ate fish eyes a lot, I guess because he liked them, I'm not really sure why, but that now he does not.  So basically he said that it's not a common thing to eat them, but that I'm not the weirdest person ever for eating one.

But really, I kind of am aren't I?  Because now I've eaten a food that is not normal to eat in both American culture and Korean culture.  When will the madness end?
