Today I did something awful. Really, really bad. So bad that I'm almost afraid to tell all of you, dear readers. But I will. Because I believe in honesty.
Earlier today I was killing time at the mall before work when I walked past an empty store front. And what I saw inside was nothing short of shocking.
It's a baby!
Yea, that's right. There was a
child inside the empty store. Just hanging out, gate down, no adult anywhere to be seen. And so what did I do? I stopped, took a picture, and left. I didn't do anything! Who knows how that baby got in there! It could be in danger or starving or something (although probably not because its hands were full of a sippy cup and cheerios) and I left it there. I told you, I'm officially a terrible person.
To be fair, I walked past again about a half hour later and the child was gone. The gate was now up and it looked like people were back there, probably plotting the development of a baby selling store, so I'm sure things were fine. But really people, let's not leave children to roam unattended in empty stores. It's just irresponsible.
I have often wondered where these stores are located at. I'm sure that Mr & Mrs Jerry Weber bought some of my "siblings" from such a shop. One can only wonder you know. They have always denied such claims, but, ...you know.
