Step 1: Repeat play intro to this song.

Note from me:  I know it might seem like all of this is heavily exaggerated, but I promise it's not.  That Ghandi quote was seriously in the video and all I could think was "Is this for real?!  This is going to make for fantastic blogging."  It was like every classically bad motivational video you've ever seen parodied on TV, but now it was real life.  A bit unsettling that no one above me seemed to realize how comical this was.
