Somebody looks like they're out of uniform

While speaking with a fellow teacher earlier today about Dennis Rodman, I came across this photo.

Is there anything you notice that seems a little out of place?  

Boom! That guy!

Who is this guy?!?!  I mean, obviously he is a part of Dennis Rodman's weird North Korean entourage but who is he?!?!   I have so many questions I want to ask this man.  Why do you like hanging out with Dennis Rodman?  Why were you willing to go to North Korea?  Did you think this was the most appropriate outfit to wear, especially considering what Dennis is wearing?  Does Jong Un look even fatter in real life?  So many things he could tell us.  So much we could learn.
