I know I haven't written in a while but I promise that I will soon. Work has been insane and unfortunately for you my students and job take priority over my blog. Sorry about that. But to tide you over I am sharing a little job opportunity I found back in Siouxland. It reads:
Will buy all the dandelion jam (almost) that u can make.
Anyone interested? The terms are loose but I think there is potential to make big bucks here, depending on how much jam you can produce. Just something to keep in mind.
